HireNow operates on a success-based pricing model. Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:
Eligible Refunds
- If the candidate leaves within 7 days and the client declines a replacement.
- If we are unable to deliver suitable profiles within the committed time frame.
Non-refundable Conditions
- If the client hires and then changes the requirement.
- If the client fails to communicate during the replacement process.
How To Request A Refund
- Send a written request within 14 days of invoice payment. Our team will respond within 3– 5 business days.
